Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Incorrect products ordered by the customer
Any issues arising from the customer’s side
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong item shipped
Seller-side order cancellation
Video evidence of the issue must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
Razorpay Charges
If the order is canceled by Manoj Sewtec: 100% refund will be issued.
If the order is canceled by the customer: 2% Razorpay transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 days, depending on the customer’s location.
Manoj Sewtec is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
In case of undelivered prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued.
Warranty Policy
All warranty-related services, including:
Installation
Demo
Repairs
Service support
are handled exclusively by the brand or manufacturer.
Manoj Sewtec holds no liability for warranty or service-related issues.
Customers must contact the brand’s authorized service center with:
Valid warranty card
Purchase invoice
Cancellation Policy
Customer-initiated cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
For prepaid orders canceled by the customer, a 2% Razorpay fee will be deducted.
If the order is canceled by Manoj Sewtec, a full refund will be provided.
No cancellations are permitted once the order has been dispatched.

Product demos
Installation services
Home visits
After-sales service
All service-related requests must be directed to the brand or manufacturer.
